I've used this sell job on numerous different people and I have gotten eight people to take up weightlifting with this minimalist concept. The idea comes from the book Body by Science.
However, I had a problem with all my success. For the guys that weightlifted with me at lunch, I was having to record their sets over and over with paper and pen. Well, isn't there an app for that? Turns out that I couldn't find a weightlifting logging app that could record multiple people at the same while easily switching between them.
Sounds like just the opportunity I needed to dive into programming an Android app. Behold "Multi-Lifter Logger":
